DOT Pysicals $125
$75 Deposit to make appoint.

Medical Marijuana $100 Recert: $50

We perform DOT physicals with drug testing.  Walk ins are welcome as well as contracting with companies to handle all their employees physicals.

Medical Marijuana Certification is limited to CURRENT patients of our medical practice
